Cancellation Policy

• 14 days or more prior to arrival:
Full refund of the total booking amount.
• 7 to 13 days prior to arrival:
A 10% cancellation fee will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
• 0 to 6 days prior to arrival (including same-day cancellations or no-shows):
Up to 100% of the booking amount may be charged.
• Management Cancellation:
The Lofts Collection reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, or force majeure. In such cases, guests will be entitled to a full refund or an alternative booking, subject to availability.

Kindly note that payment can be done online, upon check in, with Visa card or Master card. A speed point is available on site.
